You know you are loved when a big crowd shows up to celebrate with you in a snow storm and didn’t want the party to be over, that was the case this past Saturday when we had the privilege to decorate the Venetian terrace in Queens, NY for the beautiful and kind hearted Mrs. Sonde’s 60th birthday celebration. We had a blast working and partying with the Sonde’s, and OMG!!! her husband, two beautiful daughters and son love her so much you can tell with all the planning and special presentations they had for her, its was AWESOME!!!!!!. Decor colors were turquoise blue, white and silver.

San Patrick, established in 1964, molds exceptionally beautiful bridal designs from multiple fine materials. Employing a multitude of design directions in the creation of San Patrick’s unique collections, a dress for every type of bride has been realized. Embroidered tulle, appliquéd flowers, cascading frills and delicate lace are a few of the accents found on the original designs of San Patrick from Spain.
I am a big fan of San Patrick wedding dresses, definitely my favorite up to date. My wedding dress is called Persia from the 2009 collection and i love my dress, after hunting for the perfect dress for months myself and my maid of honor went to check out samples of the collection at a bridal shop, i actually walked right pass it and my maid of honor (Bola) pointed it out a said i had to try it on and i fell in love with the dress and the whole collection and yes its affordable a big plus.

Submerged Flowers: One of prettiest centerpieces that “emerged” in the past few years. Submerged flowers can look trendy and sophisticated or like an alien stuck in a bottle. If you try and attempt submerged flowers yourself, you run the risk that the flower will turn brown and die or float to the top. It’s best to consult a florist or use silk flowers. But beware: Some wedding guests can spot silks from a mile away. Scatter tea lights around the table for a gentle wedding glow.
